Job summary

Coulter Services is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor for Foundry Operations to lead a manufacturing team in our Wisconsin facility. You will oversee daily casting activities, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and coordinate staffing and workflow to meet production targets.

You will partner with maintenance, quality, and engineering to resolve issues, drive continuous improvement, and train teammates to raise performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of production processes and casting performance.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and quality problems quickly and effectively.
• Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and effective team training.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift production and ensure adherence to safety and quality expectations.
• Coordinate staffing and work assignments; optimize workflows and throughput.
• Monitor casting/process performance and resolve equipment or quality issues promptly.
• Drive 5S, continuous improvement, and training initiatives for team development.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and engineering to support dependable, efficient operations.
