Milwaukee Valve Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a Foundry Supervisor to oversee hourly foundry staff, help set production goals, and organize production procedures. You will monitor performance, manage the foundry budget, drive cost reduction, ensure schedules are met, and mentor teams while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires strong leadership, cost awareness, and commitment to safety in a manufacturing environment. Competitive benefits provided.

Competenze

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Mansioni

Directly and indirectly supervises hourly foundry employees.
Participates in the establishment of production goals and timetables for the foundry.
Organizes production procedures and monitors performance.
Maintains a foundry budget and implements cost reduction and profit improvement programs.
Maintains close surveillance over all foundry operations to assure that schedules and timetables are met.
Other duties may be assigned.
Supervises hourly employees in the assigned area of responsibility and elsewhere as directed.
