Job summary

Hader Solutions is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to lead operations in a grey and ductile iron casting facility. The role focuses on safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a high-volume foundry environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing shift production, staffing, issue resolution, and driving lean 5S and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams. You will coach operators and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering to optimize performance.
