Job summary

Requires a high school diploma or GED; experience in manufacturing is a plus. You must read blueprints, handle heavy materials safely, and contribute to a safety‑mocused team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Comfort with a tape measure and basic math.
• Ability to read technical drawings; exposure to metal stamping, forming, or progressive dies is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate casting machines to produce precision metal components.
• Build and inspect molds and cores, confirming they’re free from defects before pouring.
• Continuously monitor the casting process to maintain flow, quality, and consistency.
• Inspect finished castings for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
• Record production data and keep daily logs accurate and up to date.
• Keep your workstation clear, organized, and compliant with all safety procedures.
