Durex Industries, Inc. in Cary, IL is seeking a Former to prepare and set up fixtures for forming and bending of elements or steel tubes using blueprints. This role supports our metal fabrication operations on the shop floor.

You will assemble fixtures, install tooling, transfer completed elements to foundry/stock area, operate a sandblaster, and perform quality inspections with electrical equipment. A high school diploma and basic tool and blueprint reading skills are required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and scales.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and Excel.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare form fixtures
• Prepare bend fixtures/tooling
• Install, form, complete elements per mold
• Transfer completed formed elements to foundry/stock area
• Use of sandblaster
• Quality inspection with electrical equipment and devices
• May be assigned additional tasks as needed.
