Job summary

Matthews International is seeking Foundry Operators to join our Pittsburgh team on 2nd shift. This full‑time role runs Monday–Friday 1:30pm–10pm with occasional Saturdays, offering overtime opportunities and benefits from day one.

You will operate tooling to prepare patterns, proof designs, cross-train in other shop areas, and maintain a clean, safe workstation while following OSHA safety rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0+ years of assembly experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and Internet applications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate tools and machines to prepare patterns.
• Proof patterns for spelling and design.
• Cross-train in other shop areas.
• Maintain a neat, safe workstation.
