• Ability to map current-state and future-state workflows, ownership models, and transition requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translates business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Plans and executes application configuration, testing, and release validation to meet acceptance criteria.
• Maintains runbooks, knowledge articles, and support documentation.
• Provides Tier 2 support and manages post-transition product health.
