Job summary

General Medicine is building a healthcare platform that simplifies access to top care worldwide, with a complex infrastructure of payer integrations and pricing logic. We are hiring a VP / Head of Product to build the function from the ground up as founding product leadership, shaping roadmaps, prioritization, and how product and engineering collaborate.

Qualifications

• Founded product leadership experience taking products from 0 to 1.
• Ability to build data-backed business cases and secure buy-in from leadership.
• Experience managing a roadmap across multiple workstreams and making tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Build the product function from the ground up, establishing hiring processes and operating rhythms.
• Own and evolve a cross-area roadmap balancing consumer experience, clinical tooling, and pricing and payer infra.
• Sell the vision by developing business cases and aligning with CEO, Medical Director, CFO and VP Engineering.
• Drive execution by writing specs, reviewing designs, and coordinating with engineering leadership.
