Job summary

H Company is seeking a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer to join our AI frontier. You will identify automation opportunities for customers, design production-grade agents, and deploy end-to-end solutions in real deployments across industries.

You will collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams, ship quickly, and travel for on-site deployments as needed. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in AI and software engineering, strong Python, and customer-facing communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional AI + software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI/ML systems, esp. integrating LLMs into products.
• Fluent in Python; familiarity with Typescript.
• Experience deploying APIs, services, data pipelines.
• Customer-facing experience and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Understand and identify customer’s most important multi-step task to automate.
• Seamlessly integrate with customer systems, including databases, APIs, and internal tools.
• Iterate in the field with tight feedback loops to improve product fit and delivery.
• Architect, build, and maintain production-grade services that scale.
• Collaborate with product, research, and engineering to shape the roadmap.
