TalentCo is partnering with a VC-backed EnergyTech scale-up that’s reshaping the renewable energy market. Following a recent Series C raise, they are expanding their US commercial team to build on their European success.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a new business-focused Account Executive to be a founding member of their US organization. You will work alongside the co-founders, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, in a fast-paced, purpose-driven sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage mid-market and enterprise sales in the US, developing and executing your sales plan to meet and exceed quotas.
  • Handle the entire new business process from lead generation to deal closure, emphasizing speed and value-driven sales.
  • Qualify and convert inbound marketing leads into sales opportunities.
  • Identify untapped market opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting.
  • Stay informed on renewable energy trends and market dynamics to refine sales strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
  • At least 4 years of successful SaaS sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Expertise in high-velocity mid-market SaaS sales, dealing with deal sizes of $20k-$50k ARR; experience closing larger enterprise deals is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the renewable energy sector is preferred, but experience selling market intelligence, insights, or data products in other SaaS startups or scale-ups is also valuable.
