Requirements

• 5+ years of classroom teaching experience
• Strong track record of student achievement and growth
• Experience with project-based and personalized learning
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in educational settings
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for innovation in education
• Valid teaching license and master’s degree preferred
• Strong communication and community-building skills

Base Salary & Performance Incentives

This position offers a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, with substantial earning potential through our performance-based bonus structure. The compensation model is designed to reward exceptional recruitment outcomes, with bonus opportunities that can significantly increase total compensation based on enrollment achievements. Quarterly and annual performance bonuses are tied directly to enrollment milestones, conversion rates, and retention metrics, with accelerators for exceeding targets. Top performers who surpass enrollment goals can expect bonus earnings of 40-60% above base salary, creating a total compensation package that reflects the critical importance of this role to our organization’s growth.
