The Role

We’re looking for an Assistant Teacher to join the team at our Maricopa campus. As an AT, you’ll work as a para‑professional alongside our two lead teachers, supporting students throughout the school day in a close‑knit, dynamic learning environment.

This is a hands‑on, relationship‑driven role. You won’t be grading worksheets in the back of the room — you’ll be in the thick of it, helping students work through real projects, navigate challenges, and build the skills they’ll carry far beyond middle school.

Salary: $35,000–$40,000 a year

The Details

• Compensation: $35,000–$40,000 annually
• Contract: 12‑month full‑time contract
• Schedule: You will work year‑round as part of a committed, full‑time team; we do not follow a standard academic calendar with full summers off
