Job summary

Juno in Brickell, Miami is seeking a founding Tax Support Advisor at the intersection of customer care and tax expertise. You'll serve as the face of Juno to our tax professional customers, upholding reliability, technical excellence, and high service standards.

This hybrid role (Tuesday–Thursday in office) with 8 AM–4 PM Eastern hours offers the chance to shape the customer journey as we scale, including contributing to knowledge base, documenting solutions, and collaborating with senior

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is required or in progress.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a tax preparation environment.
• Working knowledge of federal and state tax preparation and electronic filing.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to distill complex tax concepts.
• Familiarity with customer support ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front line for inbound tax support, answering emails and chats from customers who are tax professionals.
• Drive successful ticket outcomes by ensuring fast initial responses and permanent resolutions.
• Verify and understand customer tax document types/purposes and related information as needed to resolve support issues.
• Assist customers in navigating Juno’s platform, solving technical and tax workflow problems effectively.
• Proactively identify patterns in customer questions and suggest improvements to the product, processes, and knowledge base.
• Document solutions and processes to support future team scalability.
• Collaborate closely with the Manager of Customer Support, Chief Customer Officer, and other leadership to build systems and culture for Juno.
