Job summary

Plasma seeks a founding-level systems architect to lead the platform design under the CTO. You will decide how agents are created, coordinated, governed, and recorded, and how these pieces fit together as Plasma grows.

You will blend research and product work, turning system designs into a platform customers rely on. The role combines leadership, hands-on coding, and technical writing for scalable, secure architecture.

Qualifications

• Must have track record as technical lead on large production systems.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, data, and security.
• Experience with enterprise integration: SSO, permissions, data residency.
• Clear technical writing能力.
• Judgment on build vs buy and simplicity.

Responsibilities

• Define Plasma's platform components and interfaces for agents, communication and governance.
• Lead design reviews and document decision rationales.
• Design integrations with customer systems and identity providers.
• Identify scaling limits and plan platform evolution.
• Write and review production code for designed components.
