Coram AI in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a founding Supply Chain Manager to architect our hardware supply chain from the ground up. You’ll own sourcing, inventory, and vendor relationships across OEMs, JDMs, contract manufacturers, and distributors, reporting directly to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hardware supply chain experience with servers, GPUs, HDDs, or data-center hardware.
• Proven vendor negotiation with OEMs, JDMs, and distributors.
• Ability to build a function from scratch in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong planning, cash-flow, and inventory-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source across OEMs, JDMs, and distributors and manage timelines.
• Negotiate terms and hold vendors accountable for delivery and quality.
• Own inventory strategy and pre-buy decisions to meet demand.
• Stand up demand and supply planning, inventory controls, and ERP integration.
