Coram AI in Sunnyvale seeks a dedicated hardware leader to own the shipping access-control line and two new product lines from concept to mass production. Qualifications

• Five+ years in production mechanical or electrical engineering with a spike in one area.
• Hands-on experience shipping a product through an external contract manufacturer at volume.
• Ownership of the factory relationship and end-to-end transfer package.
• Experience taking products through FCC/CE/UL certifications.

Responsibilities

• Own the shipping access-control line quality, field performance, and change control.
• Lead two new hardware lines end-to-end from concept to mass production.
• Own the contract manufacturer relationship, including DP and transfer package.
• Hands-on engineering with CAD drawings, schematics, or board bring-up as needed.
• Establish and maintain stage gates, quality systems, and supplier qualification.
• Grow two hardware engineering hires this year and build a longer-term team.
