Reclectic is opening a new location in Kennesaw, GA and seeks a Store Manager to lead the team and shape brand experience. The role focuses on engaging store environments, efficient operations, and driving sales while developing staff and maintaining exceptional customer service.

As a founding member of the role, you will partner with leadership to create an inspiring store atmosphere, manage visuals and space, and collaborate with local partners to maximize the store’s potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years store leadership experience, high-volume environment (>$7M in sales)
• Proven track record of hiring and developing great talent
• Strong understanding of merchant processes and store operations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Emulates URBN values and represents the Reclectic brand locally
• Partner with leadership to balance visuals with productive space use
• Lead and support the team to elevate store experience through operations, merchandising, and presentation
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for exceptional customer experience
• Interpret customer feedback and team insights to improve operations
• Engage the community with local businesses for collaboration opportunities
• Oversee store processes, scheduling, payroll accuracy, and safety standards
• Ensure compliance with Home Office direction and store productivity goals
