Jobgether is a remote-first startup building an AI-powered interactive storytelling platform. As the founding engineer and first engineering hire, you will own the full product lifecycle and work directly with founders and the product designer.

You will design architecture, backend services, and frontend experiences, build LLM integrations and memory systems, and help establish production reliability and engineering standards. There is potential to grow into Head of Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production software engineering experience.
• Strong backend and AI application expertise.
• Proficient in TypeScript, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.
