Job summary

Calibratr is seeking a senior sourcing leader to own and scale our sourcing function across client engagements. You will run high-bar searches yourself and build the team, tooling, and quality bar that allow a small pod to outperform larger outsourced firms.

Remote-first with US hours, direct access to founders, and rapid feedback. You will set the hiring thesis, oversee evidence-based sourcing, and manage AI-native workflows to continually improve search, scoring, and calibration.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in high-skill tech recruiting and sourcing.
• Experience scaling sourcing functions across client engagements.
• Ability to build benchmarks, tooling, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Calibratr’s sourcing function across client engagements.
• Set hiring thesis with recruiters and hiring managers for each role.
• Oversee evidence-based sourcing against tight specs and provide candidate rationale.
• Manage AI-native sourcing workflow and improve search strings, scoring, and dedup.
• Hire, train, and QA a bench of contract sourcers and maintain calibration bars.
• Own the sourcing scoreboard and report weekly metrics.
