As Founding Engineer, you will define the product, architecture, and engineering culture from the ground up and collaborate with leading AI labs on challenging kernel- and system-level work. This role demands strong Python in Linux, end-to-end ownership, and a passion for frontier AI research in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience across backend distributed systems, OS, ML, kernel optimization, or agentic systems.
• Strong ability to solve unfamiliar technical problems end to end.
• Advanced Python in Linux with a shipping focus.
• Interest in frontier AI research and AI engineering.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
• Strong ownership to take projects through to completion.
