Harrison Clarke is seeking a highly capable engineer to join an early-stage AI startup. You’ll design and build the core technology from zero, set architecture and infrastructure direction, and work directly with the founders to shape the product and the company.

As an early hire, you’ll own a broad scope, help define engineering culture, and influence product strategy. The role offers founding-level ownership, significant equity upside, and a package up to $350,000 plus substantial equity.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the core AI technology from zero.
• Make architecture, infrastructure and engineering decisions.
• Turn early concepts into production-ready systems.
• Own the full stack across backend, APIs, and deployment.
• Set engineering standards and technical direction.
• Help shape the engineering culture and team.
• Contribute to product strategy beyond code.
