Job summary

Leadervest is seeking a founding engineer to architect and build the core AI/ML infrastructure powering data-intensive products. You will own the central internal platform, from data ingestion to model deployment, with direct collaboration with executive leadership.

The role demands building scalable, configurable systems and high-autonomy workstreams in a small, highly technical team. Compensation includes a base of $180K–$250K plus equity.

Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Experience building end-to-end internal platforms, ML infrastructure, data systems, or AI-powered developer/operational tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and development of the central internal platform.
• Build and operate data and ML infrastructure for model deployment, serving, and governance.
• Develop internal AI tooling and automated workflows for researchers and operators.
