Job summary

Hyperscale is seeking a Software Engineer (1-4 years) to own the technical side of enterprise deployments with a focus on enabling agentic AI workflows for major US trucking fleets. You will collaborate with founders, customers, and engineering to move solutions from demo to production.

You will lead technical discovery, design tailored demos, and play a key role in on-site pilots and ROI modeling, with travel ~10%. Visa: STEM OPT transfers only; no H1B transfers.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong foundation in APIs, webhooks and system architecture.
• Excellent communication with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel on-site (~10%).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and design POCs aligned with customer workflows.
• Travel on-site to embed with customer operations (~10%).
• Scope pilots with defined success metrics and build ROI models.
• Support end-to-end onboarding: data mapping, workflow configuration, API integrations.
• Bridge customers with product and engineering to surface edge cases and inform roadmap.
