Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of professional social media, digital editorial, or content creation experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required for authentic connection with U.S. Latino audiences.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. Latino culture and trends across music, sports, entertainment, fashion, food, and streetwear.

Responsibilities

• Build Complex Latin's social presence from the ground up with a distinct voice and platform strategy.
• Own day-to-day management, content creation, curation, publishing, and performance across major channels.
• Monitor performance data to inform editorial decisions and pivot strategies as needed.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage freelance social editors.
