You’ll collaborate with the GM of Latin Business and Complex’s Social team, balancing editorial instinct with data to optimize performance. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 4-5+ years of professional social media, digital editorial, or content creation experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish is required.
• Knowledge of U.S. Latino culture and communities.
• Strong editorial judgment and cultural sensitivity.
• Experience with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube Shorts).
• Comfort appearing on camera for original content.

• Build Complex Latin’s social presence from the ground up with a distinct voice and platform strategy.
• Identify intersections between Latin culture and Complex’s editorial pillars.
• Manage day-to-day content creation, publishing, and performance across social channels.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and guide editorial pivots.
• Ensure content is authentic, engaging, and culturally reflective.
• Write and publish social copy in English and Spanish.
