Job summary

Noto is hiring a Senior or Staff Level Founding Engineer who will partner directly with our CTO to help lead product, engineering, and design. This is not a typical developer role.

You will drive engineering execution, collaborate cross-functionally with QA, design, Customer Success, Sales, and GTM, build with ownership, set technical direction, mentor others, and own end-to-end features as we scale in NYC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience.
• Senior or Staff Founding Engineer level.
• Drive engineering execution– sprint planning, code reviews, release quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across QA, design, Customer Success, Sales, and GTM.
• Build with ownership– ship large features end-to-end, shape engineering culture.
