Job summary

Stripe is hiring a founding seller for Open Issuance to drive new-business development with high-potential clients. You will partner with Open Standard and Stripe teams to articulate value, close complex deals, and establish a repeatable sales motion.

You will engage founders and executives, translate technical infrastructure into business outcomes, and shape the go-to-market for a new product offering in stablecoins and payments. This is a hands-on, growth‑oriented role with strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in technology, fintech, crypto, payments, or financial infrastructure.
• Experience generating your own pipeline and winning net-new business.
• Ability to navigate complex sales involving multiple stakeholders and customized agreements.

Responsibilities

• Own a revenue target and full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing and expansion.
• Build a pipeline of companies with potential to adopt stablecoins or Open Issuance.
• Develop relationships with founders and senior leaders, translating infrastructure into business value.
• Collaborate with Open Standard and Stripe teams to grow adoption and opportunities.
• Lead complex, consultative sales in partnership with product, engineering, legal, and risk.
