Job summary

AMJ is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our Hallandale Beach team onsite, with a generous 7% uncapped commission structure. The role targets Marketing professionals and Healthcare campaigns, reporting to the SVP of Business Development. Hours are 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with premium benefits through ADP.

Qualifications

• Proven telesales or phone-based sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Target-driven with confident, persuasive communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, primarily Marketing professionals.
• Sell campaigns to reach Healthcare Professionals.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Marketing, Design, Editorial & Operations to ensure flawless execution.
• Own your sales pipeline and close deals in your assigned area.
• Contribute to the wider team and help elevate AMJ with process improvements.
