Job summary

Redcar AI is building voice-enabled AI for the home-services market. We are seeking a founding SDR to lead outbound outreach to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service owners using calls, emails, and occasional in-person visits when needed.

You will collaborate directly with the founders to refine messaging, build a scalable pipeline, and drive early revenue growth. This remote role offers equity, uncapped commission, and the opportunity to shape our go-to-market from day one.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of SDR outbound calling and emailing experience.
• Previous selling into HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades.
• Proven track record of achieving top performance and awards.

Responsibilities

• Outbound to owners of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services through calls, emails, in-person visits, and events.
• Uncover pain points and demonstrate how Redcar’s Voice AI solves missed call issues.
• Maintain a meticulous record of your pipeline and work with founders to refine messaging in real-time.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 / year (base pay + uncapped commission with tiered accelerators)

We are led by CEO Jeff Chen (former Google), who launched "Hey Google" (now on 3B devices). Built by an elite team from Stanford, Princeton, and Google, Redcar is scaling revenue rapidly and need a highly competitive Founding SDR to act as the tip of our spear.

What You’ll Do

• Outbound to owners of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical owners through phone calls, personalized emails, in-person visits, and events
• Uncover pain points and demonstrate how Redcar’s Voice AI solves the "missed call" crisis
• Maintain a meticulous record of your pipeline and work directly with the Founders to refine our messaging in real-time

What You\'re Looking For

• 1-3 years of SDR experience outbounding via calling and emailing
• You've sold into the mechanical trades business before (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• Winner of President’s Club, Winner’s Circle, top of your cohort, etc.
• Competitive, resilient, and driven to win (background in competitive sports is a plus)
