Eminent Care Group in Greene County, OH is seeking a Full Time Director of Respiratory Therapy (RT). The role leads respiratory care for patients and residents, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Respiratory Therapist (RT).
• Current RRT certification and active Ohio licensure are required.
• Clinical proficiency in oxygen therapy, ventilation management, and aerosol treatments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide respiratory care to patients and residents, including oxygen therapy, ventilation management, and aerosol treatments.
• Conduct pulmonary function tests and other respiratory assessments to diagnose and manage disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor and maintain equipment such as ventilators and nebulizers.
• Document patient care and treatment plans per facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment.
