Job summary

MintMCP is seeking a recruiting coordinator to own candidate experience and day-one onboarding. You will manage interview scheduling, keep candidates moving, and help build scalable people ops processes as we grow.

We are an AI-native company with a Bay Area hybrid work model. You will work directly with founders, optimize recruiting workflows, and expand into HR ops and compliance as we learn together.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years as a recruiting coordinator, ready to take on recruiting ops and people ops from day one.
• You have owned a process, not just worked tickets and schedules.
• You love optimizing and automating; this is the builder seat.
• You have high attention to detail and care about candidate experience.
• You are a fast learner who is AI-native, or will get there fast.
• You want to grow into onboarding, HR ops, and compliance as we teach it.

Responsibilities

• Own candidate experience and onboarding for MintMCP hires.
• Coordinate interviews quickly and keep candidates moving end-to-end.
• Build and refine recruiting and onboarding workflows and processes.
• Partner with founders and teams to align hiring with company goals.
