Job summary

Destro AI is seeking a Founding Recruiter to help build and run our talent engine as one of the first ten hires. You will own hiring end-to-end as we scale from a small founding team to 20–30 new hires a year, most of them engineers, with direct access to the founders and no existing playbook to inherit.

You will be hands-on, sourcing, closing, and shaping the process while supporting HR operations and tool upkeep.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience spanning sourcing to closing.
• Experience hiring technical roles at a startup or high-growth company.
• Strong ability to source and close passive candidates and build candidate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles, including robotics and software.
• Hunter mindset: proactively identify and engage top talent across domains.
• Build talent heatmaps to guide sourcing strategy and partnerships with founders.
