Job summary

Destro AI is seeking a Founding Recruiter to build and run our talent engine as one of the first ten hires. You will own end-to-end hiring, from sourcing to closing, with direct access to the founders.

The role focuses on technical recruiting for robotics and software engineers, with hands-on ownership of the hiring process and KPI tracking. As a seed-stage startup backed by top investors, you will shape our early team, establish the recruitment playbook, and partner with leadership to scale
