CoffeeSpace is recruiting for a Founding Recruiter in San Francisco. You will be the first dedicated People person, shaping hiring strategy, partnering with the founders to build a scalable recruiting engine, and aiming to double headcount within the next year.

You will manage end-to-end recruiting for technical, product, and GTM roles, acting as the primary contact, assessing skills and cultural fit, while building processes and an employer brand that supports rapid growth.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an early-stage tech startup (Seed–Series B).
• Proven track record sourcing, engaging, and closing technical and GTM candidates.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Exceptional communication and high-energy personality.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, product, and GTM roles.
• Screen candidates for skills and cultural fit as the initial point of contact.
• Partner with founders to define roles and scalable recruiting processes.
• Champion the company brand and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
• Develop recruiting infrastructure and processes, including Ashby ATS.
