Day One Partners in West Los Angeles is seeking a high-velocity recruiter who will be immediately responsible for sourcing, screening and closing candidates for our clients, including startups, growth companies and VCs. This role is anchored in tech recruiting with strong emphasis on end-to-end candidate management, client relationships and strategic BD.

We currently have more Job Orders than we can handle on our own. We are looking for a high velocity recruiter that will be immediately responsible for sourcing, screening and closing candidates for our various clients.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Direct Hire Tech Recruiting at a recruiting agency or executive search firm
• Proven track record of success in the recruiting industry with ideally $500k+ in lifetime billings
• High sense of urgency
• Desire to build and grind

This Position is Hybrid Remote in West Los Angeles.

Compensation

Base Salary with Draw Commission Model starting at 50%
