Job summary

Mindbloom in Austin, TX seeks a Texas-licensed PA to join our clinician team, delivering psychiatric evaluations, education on the science behind ketamine therapy, and tailored treatment plans in a clinic setting.

You will prescribe Spravato and evaluate/order TMS using our protocols, strive for clinical excellence, mentor colleagues, and help expand telehealth while exploring psychedelic-assisted care as regulations evolve.

Qualifications

• Texas-licensed PA with active DEA registration and psychiatric CAQ certification.
• Location: Austin, TX; experience in psychiatric evaluations.
• Committed to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to understand client needs and fit.
• Educate clients on ketamine science, safety, and the treatment experience.
• Prescribe Spravato and order/evaluate TMS using clinical protocols.
• Provide an exceptional client experience and earn trust and satisfaction.
• Improve clinical protocols and care models; contribute to telehealth expansion.
• Grow into clinical leadership through mentoring, protocol design, and program building.
• Be among the first clinicians to offer psychedelic-assisted treatments as they gain approval.

Role

As a Clinician, you'll help people reclaim their lives, one client at a time, through expert evaluation, personalized treatment, and care that adapts as they progress.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to understand each client's needs and whether Mindbloom is the right fit


• Educate clients on the science, safety, and the experience itself, turning anxiety into informed confidence


• Prescribe Spravato and evaluate/order TMS treatment using our clinical protocols as your foundation and your clinical judgment to tailor treatment to each client for the best outcomes


• Provide an exceptional client experience that earns their trust, their satisfaction, and their confidence in the care you deliver


• Improve our clinical protocols and care model with insights from your work with clients
