Job summary

Mindbloom is seeking a Psychiatric Clinician (PMHNP) licensed in Missouri to work remotely on a part-time basis. You will perform video-based psychiatric evaluations, educate clients about Mindbloom’s therapy, and tailor ketamine treatment within our established protocols.

You’ll collaborate with a experienced care team, receive licensure-cross support, malpractice coverage, and flexible scheduling designed for remote work.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric-Mental Health NP (Missouri) with active DEA registration.
• Experience conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Comfort delivering care via video consults and leveraging AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations over video to understand client needs and fit for Mindbloom.
• Educate clients on the science, safety, and experience of ketamine therapy; build informed confidence.
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using clinical protocols and personal judgment to tailor treatment.
• Partner with Mindbloom guides to deliver a coordinated, whole-person experience.
• Provide an exceptional client experience that earns trust and satisfaction in care delivered.
• Refine clinical protocols and care models based on client interactions.

Role

As a Clinician, you'll help people reclaim their lives, one client at a time, through expert evaluation, personalized treatment, and care that adapts as they progress.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations over video to understand each client's needs and whether Mindbloom is the right fit
• Educate clients on the science, safety, and the experience itself, turning anxiety into informed confidence
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using our clinical protocols as your foundation and your clinical judgment to tailor treatment to each client for best outcomes

• State Licensure: Psychiatric-Mental Health NP (minimum 6 months of psychiatric experience) licensed in Missouri with an active DEA registration

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 USD (based on 40 hours / week). The actual total annual compensation may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, location, licensure, and market data changes. We don’t ever want the pay range to act as a deterrent from you applying.
