Role – Collaborating Psychiatrist

As a Collaborating Psychiatrist, you’ll transform and save lives by elevating our clinicians through mentorship, collaborating with our clinical team, and ensuring adherence to world‑class protocols.

• Serve as the collaborating psychiatrist (supervising physician) for Mindbloom’s PMHNPs and Psych PAs
• Review clinician audits and reports prepared by our team – reviewing and signing off as needed
• Conduct periodic case reviews through Zoom; cadence based on local and state laws (e.g., 30 mins per clinic or quarter)
• Provide mentorship and feedback to clinicians as needed
• Escalate issues to Mindbloom’s Clinical Director if necessary

Qualifications

• Board‑certified psychiatrist in good standing
• Highly collaborative – engaging clinicians as colleagues and partnering with leadership to elevate client outcomes
• Expertise in telehealth – attending scheduled monthly/quarterly meetings on time and staying responsive between touchpoints
