Qualifications
- BE/BC Family Medicine board certification required.
- Experience in teaching and leading academic programs preferred.
- Leadership in medical education is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with admin and medical staff to design a Family Medicine residency program.
- Lead and implement the new residency curriculum and structure.
- Manage the 50-50 admin to clinical split as the program launches and grows.
