Job summary

Attention in New York, NY is seeking a Founding Product Marketing Engineer to bridge product, engineering, sales, growth, and storytelling. You will translate AI-powered capabilities into market-ready narratives and build compelling early-stage experiences.

You’ll prototype demos, analyze competitive wins, and craft content that makes the product understandable and desirable for customers. You will partner with leadership to define this new function and scale it.

Qualifications

3+ years in product marketing, product, growth, strategy, or another highly analytical and creative role.
Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company, or at a top strategy consulting firm such as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG.
Experience launching products or bringing new categories to market.
A demonstrated ability to create exceptional written or visual work.
Enough technical curiosity to deeply understand an AI product rather than marketing it from the surface.

Responsibilities

Own the positioning, narrative, launch strategy, assets, demos, and distribution for major product releases.
Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, sharp stories that customers understand.
Create videos, landing pages, agents, and other experiences that make the product tangible.
Turn real customer outcomes into case studies, videos, ROI narratives, and sales ammunition.
Shape the product with learnings from customers and the market back to Product and Engineering.
