Job summary

Endra is building AI that transforms how engineering teams design buildings. We’re looking for our first Product Marketing Lead to define messaging, positioning, and launch processes that translate complex features into clear customer value.

You’ll own product launches, tell customer stories, develop ICPs, and enable revenue by creating playbooks, decks, case studies, and battle cards. This is a foundational role reporting to the founders.

Qualifications

• 4–12 years of experience in Product Marketing at a Seed, Series A, or Series B startup.
• Built product marketing programs from the ground up, not just operated an existing machine.
• Strong track record of launching products that drove customer adoption and revenue.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable translating highly technical products into messaging customers immediately understand.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple launches simultaneously.
• Curious, analytical, and deeply customer-oriented.
• High agency with a strong bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Own Product Launches: build a repeatable launch process and enablement assets.
• Tell Customer Stories: interview customers and produce case studies and testimonials.
• Build Messaging & Positioning: develop ICP, value propositions, and battle cards.
• Enable Revenue: partner with Sales to improve win rates and create collateral.
• Build the Function: establish playbooks, templates, and messaging systems for future marketers.
