LightSource is building an ambitious product organization in San Francisco. As a product manager, you'll be the hub that drives cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, go-to-market, and stakeholders to build software products.

Join as a founding member and shape the product vision, gather and refine user requirements, organize multi-stage initiatives, collaborate with procurement and supply chain experts, and communicate progress across the company to customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience guiding a product through full lifecycle.
• Ability to analyze large data sets to drive decisions.
• Clear communication of technical information to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Discover, understand, and refine user requirements
• Define the product vision and success criteria
• Organize complex, multi-faceted initiatives spanning multiple teams
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and procurement/supply chain experts
• Work with go-to-market teams to communicate capabilities and vision
• Gather user feedback and conduct market research
• Communicate progress and strategy across the company
• Coordinate with marketers for launches and outreach
• Work directly with founders in a fast-paced environment
