Job summary

Lightsage, Inc. seeks a Founding Product Manager to define product strategy across agent analytics, API performance, content optimization, and customer-facing recommendations.

You will work directly with the founders, engineers, and customers to identify problems, set priorities, write clear requirements, and ship products from discovery through adoption. Your day-to-day work will include conducting customer discovery, owning the roadmap, defining product metrics, managing APIs and integrations,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management, data ops, analytics, or technical ops in B2B software.
• Experience owning a technical or data-intensive product such as an API, integration platform, analytics product, or developer tool.
• Track record of turning ambiguous problems into launches and iterations.
• Experience building or scaling a team, process, onboarding motion, or recurring customer workflow.
• Direct customer experience in requirements gathering, implementation, or product feedback.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data integrations, analytics, data pipelines, and modern software delivery.
• Strong written communication and ability to translate requirements into product decisions.
• High ownership and comfort in an early-stage startup.
• Experience with finance or software used by finance/ops teams is helpful.
