Sema4.ai is hiring a Founding Product Manager to define and execute the multi-quarter strategy for the AI finance agent portfolio. You’ll set priorities for automations, balance scope and autonomy, and shape the agent primitives to evolve with business needs.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience shipping B2B SaaS.
- Shipped AI/LLM-powered products in production with strong evals.
- Deep working knowledge of finance operations and controls.
- Influenced roadmaps and platforms beyond direct scope.
- Fluent with agent architecture, prompt/tooling design, and integration patterns.
- Executive presence with CFOs and senior stakeholders.
- Clear written communication and strong prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Shape the multi-quarter strategy and roadmap for AI finance agents.
- Decide what to automate, order of execution, and autonomy level.
- Define platform requirements (Runbooks, Actions, Document Intelligence, evals).
- Set company-wide quality bar for agents touching the ledger.
- Partner with GTM on positioning, packaging, and pricing for the portfolio.
- Collaborate with design partners to identify gaps and learnings.
