ModernFi is seeking a founding member of our Product unit to shape the platforms powering banks and credit unions nationwide. From day one you will own how we understand clients, define our roadmap, and build our platform in collaboration with engineers and business teams.

We hire across seniority levels and value judgment, drive, and the ability to learn quickly over titles. You will work at the intersection of clients, engineers, and business to become a definitive SME on ModernFi's product

• Strong analytical toolkit with ability to run own analyses.
• Willingness to learn APIs, integrations, and system design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; distill complexity clearly.
• Deep curiosity about clients and their workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Immerse yourself in the client experience and learn workflows to shape product direction.
• Translate client/market needs into clear requirements and guide engineering.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap with leadership, balancing needs and capacity.
• Contribute to product/market strategy, including competitive analysis.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering and pre/post-sales teams.
• Become the go-to expert on ModernFi's product for clients and colleagues.
