Job summary

AIUC in San Francisco seeks the founding product lead to translate strategic vision into priorities and ship. You will own the product agenda, test hypotheses, surface cruxes, and drive us to decisive execution as the first product hire at AIUC and a top hiring priority as we gear up for GA.

In this role you will run the weekly cadence across engineering, delivery and GTM, break work into pieces, and write clear specs. You will grow with the product function as we scale.

Qualifications

• Strategic PM experience, preferably in a B2B startup that scaled.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to break complex product into sequenced work.
• Analytical mindset; decisions grounded in data rather than storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Run the weekly product cadence across engineering, delivery and GTM.
• Break the product into pieces, chunk the work, and write specs with a clear definition of done.
• Dig into product data to test hypotheses and bring founders a clear answer.
• Set deadlines, unblock engineers, and ensure what we said would ship does ship.
• Take our certification product to GA, and expand to new agent types and products.
