Interfere is building the self-healing layer of the internet: software that detects broken product experiences, understands causes, and helps teams fix them before users notice. Based in New York City, we move quickly, own what we ship, and define what excellent means for a category that doesn't exist yet.

In this role you will own end-to-end features from data model to interface, architect core systems, and ship developer-facing tools.

Qualifications

• Shipped production software that users depend on end to end.
• Able to work across frontend and backend.
• Can define next steps from ambiguous problems and ship.
• Explain complex system behavior clearly to engineers, designers, and PMs.
• Willing to tackle hard problems long enough to understand them.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end features from data model to interface.
• Architect core systems and design developer-facing surfaces.
• Ingest, structure, and correlate billions of product events.
• Triages issues and proposes or ships fixes safely.
• Provide APIs and integrations used by developers in their tools.
