Amadeus Search in New York, NY is seeking a Founding Product Engineer to shape the product and technical vision for AI-driven healthcare software, delivering high-quality experiences that improve patient outcomes.

You will design and ship end-to-end products, craft intuitive experiences, influence architecture, and collaborate with design, clinical, and product teams to iterate rapidly. This on-site role offers substantial equity and a chance to shape the company's early trajectory.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building production software.
• Strong skills bridging design and engineering, with attention to detail and usability.
• Passion for AI in healthcare and improving real-world outcomes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• BA/BS or equivalent in relevant field.

Compensation: $180k - $270k + Equity (1% - 1.5%)
