Job summary

SAGARIS is seeking a founding designer to shape the product's visual and interaction language from concept to shipped detail. You will own design direction alongside the founders and set patterns for how a revenue team's work is supervised and autonomous, ensuring trust rather than unease.

You will work closely with engineering, talk to real revenue teams, and build a coherent design system that scales as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Shipped product design portfolio showing problem framing, not just visuals.
• Experience across interaction, systems, and visual craft from flow to finished screens.
• Ability to defend design decisions with attention to detail and system thinking.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias to concrete outcomes quickly.
• Desire to be the founding design voice with ownership and exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own product design end to end, including flows, interaction models, and visual system.
• Invent patterns for human-agent collaboration: supervision, hand-offs, and trust.
• Define and maintain the design language as the product and team grow.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure shipped product matches intent.
• Bring customer realities into decisions by talking with revenue teams.
