Job Title: Founding Designer

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Office in Soho)

What you need to be able to do:

• Deeply understand business finance customers and their needs. You must be empathetic and patient with a customer base of varying financial savvy and ability.
• Able to stand up a design system and process from scratch. You will own everything design at this company.
• Proactively find ways to improve our product
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2-7 years of experience in design for B2B software applications
• Strong skills in Figma and other design tools. Ability to write detailed specifications for engineers to implement
• 0-1 Experience
• Startup/Founding Designer Experience
• Side projects: You've built something because you wanted to or because you're ambitious or just for the sake of building.
  
  

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers compensation ranging from $150-190K a year. Competitive salary, equity that will be worth something, benefits and a 401k match.
